Funeral service for Mr. Charlie Ray Murray, age 83 of Atwood, will be held at 2pm on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pisgah Cemetery in Atwood. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday evening from 5 - 8pm at the funeral home. Mr. Murray was a retired employee with American Chain and Cable Company. He was also a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving his country in the U S Army. Surviving Family: Wife - Wanda Murray Sons - Dennis Murray, Charles Anthony Murray and Keith Murray (Krystal) Sister - Ruby Lee Woods Grandchildren - Stephanie Hazlewood and Will Murray Great Granddaughter - Anna Lee Hazlewood He was preceded in death by three brothers George Murray, Gene Murray and Roy Murray and a sister Etta Mae McArthur.
