Funeral service for Ms. Frances Altman, age 85 of Milan, will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday from 12 2pm at the funeral home. Ms. Altman was a member of the Northside Baptist Church in Milan and she was a retired Bookkeeper with the Milan Dept. of Public Utilities.
