Funeral service for Ms. Mary Nell Hatley Comer, age 83 of Milan, will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 11am at Bodkin Funereal Home with burial to follow in the Gibson County Memory Gardens near Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday evening from 5 - 8pm at the funeral home. Surviving Family: Daughters - Janice Comer Harris and Dr. Nancy C. Buckner, MD (Phillip) Grandchildren - Justin Harris and Jana Scott Great Grandchildren - John Rogers, Jaclyn Rogers and Hunter Harris Ms. Comer was preceded in death by her husband James Nathan Comer, three brothers Cohen Hatley, Jessie D. Hatley and Odell Hatley and three sisters Willie Mae Spain, Maxine Malone and Faye Belew. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Milan where she served as a former teacher for the G A Ambassadors Class. She was a former member of the Steadfast Sunday Class and a former nursery worker.
