Funeral service for Ms. Wilma Rachel Vann, age 87 of Lavinia, will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 2 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Hopewell Cemetery in Lavinia. Family visitation will be held on Monday evening from 5 8 pm at the funeral home and on Tuesday from 1 2 pm at the funeral home. Ms. Vann was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church and she was a retired employee with the Milan Arsenal. She was preceded in death by her husband Julian L. Vann and her parents James E. and May O. Vawter Courtney.
