Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Meredith Williams, age 80 of Milan, will take place at 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Main Street Church of Christ in Milan with burial to follow in the Gibson County Memory Gardens near Milan. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Main Street Church. Mrs. Alice was a life-long Milan resident. She was born to the late Raymond Rozzell Meredith and Fannie Blankenship Meredith on November 3, 1941. She passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. Mrs. Alice was a member of Main Street Church of Christ where she also taught children's classes. She was a member of the USO, FHA, 4-H Club, Library Club, and the Junior Red Cross. Surviving Family: Husband - Jerry Lee Williams Son - Steven Lee Williams (Shannon) Daughters - Carrie Beth Autry, Celina Jean Hooper (Tommy), and Michelle Dawn Seymore (Randy) Grandchildren - Tracy Autry, Lee Hooper (Brittni), Alan Hooper (Cohrtney), Justin Pinkley (Becca), Chad Autry (Brittney), Brent Autry (Katie), Amber Pinkley, and Bethany Barham (Brandon) Great-Grandchildren - Lilly Autry, Adelade Autry, Jacob Devoe, Jaxson Autry, Truett Autry, Quenton Burney, Keilan Orr, Chunelle Wade, Marley Wade, Bryce Hooper, Logan Hooper, Hunter Hooper, and Everett Hooper Besides her parents, Alice is preceded in death by a brother, Owen Meredith, and a great-granddaughter, Layla Rose Autry.
