Funeral service for Ava Louise Sanford Kent, age 64 of Gibson, will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 4 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Gibson County Memory Gardens at a later date. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 2 4 pm at the funeral home. Ava was born on March 7, 1958 to Robert Wayne and Ava Nell Sanders Sanford in Humboldt and she was a member of the Gibson Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons Jeremy Kent (Amber) of Kingsport and John Toney of Little Rock, two grandchildren Hannah Kent of Humboldt and Leo Toney and a brother Gary Wayne Sanford of Savannah.
