Billy Wayne Arrington, age 71 of Milan, passed away from this life on August 23, 2022 at the Milan General Hospital. He was born on June 10, 1951 to Jesse "J. W." and Jean Williams Arrington in Milan. Billy was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Milan and he was a retired truck driver. He is survived by his wife Barbara Barbour Arrington of Milan, two daughters Leigh Ann Arrington and Amanda Arrington both of Milan, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Billy was preceded in death by a sister Brenda Arrington. A memorial visitation with the family will be held on Friday evening, September 2, 2022, from 5 - 7 pm at the Milan First United Methodist Church.
