Funeral service for Billy Joe Rauchle, age 90 of Trenton, will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 3 PM at the Oakgrove Baptist Church near Milan, with burial to follow in the Oakgrove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday from 12 – 3 PM at the church.

Billy Joe was born in Milan on June 1, 1933, to Gottleib and Luna Williford Rauchle. He attended Oakgrove Baptist Church for entire his lifetime and he retired from the Milan Arsenal, and he retired from the Tennessee National Guard.

He is survived by his wife Jo Ann Langston Rauchle of Trenton, two daughters Jo Ann Canada (Richard) of Milan and Pamela Kay Reynolds (Clifton) of Milan, two step-sons Chad Anothy Gibson (Jill) of Trenton and Jonathan Wayne Gibson (Jennifer) of Humboldt, a brother Jimmy Rauchle (Margie) of Milan, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Billy Joe was preceded in death by his parents Gottleib and Luna Rauchle, a brother Charlie Rauchle, two sisters Evelyn Bowman and Joyce Brown and a granddaughter Brandy Canada.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Oakgrove Cemetery Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shiners' Children's Hospital.
