Billy Earl Romines, age 78 of Bradford, was born to Quentin Eugene and Reba Irene Romines in Jefferson City, TN on September 20, 1942 and he departed this life in the early morning hours of December 21, 2020. He was a 1960 graduate of Bradford High School. Billy served in the U S Army in Heilbronn Station, Germany, 3rd Platoon, 285th Military Police Company, as an MP, E3 from 1963 1965. He then transferred to the Army Reserves until his Honorable Discharge in 1969. He worked as a foreman for the Foamex (formerly Corey Foam) in Milan, TN. Billy was preceded in death by his father Quentin Eugene Romines, mother Reba Irene Williams, stepfather Paul Williams, one brother Joseph "Johnny" Quentin Romines and a nephew Jeffrey Wade Romines. He is survived by his wife Betty Jean Quillen Romines, daughters Tamatha "Tammy" G. Scott (Kevin) and Haylee D. Martin (Caleb Jones) and three grandchildren Tinzlee Jones, Triton Jones and Tuffin Jones, two brother in laws Leonard Quillen (Harilyn) and Johnny Quillen (Linda) and several nieces and nephews.
