Funeral service for Bobby Joe Criswell, age 69 of Trenton, will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 1 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday evening from 5 8 pm at the funeral home. Bobby was born on December 26, 1951 to Johnnie and Thomas Lee Greer Criswell. Bobby was a member of the Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Milan and he served actively in the Gideons International. He is survived by his wife Lisa Criswell of Trenton, three children Bryan Criswell (Kacey) of Trenton, Bradly Criswell (Victoria) of Milan and Kimberly Bynum (Brad) of McKenzie, three brothers George Criswell (Donna) of Boston, MA, Johnnie Criswell, Jr. (Vickie) of Milan and Eddie Criswell of Dyer, three sisters Shirley Thorton (Wilburn) of Millington, Alice Shanklin of Dyer and Frances Marie Sewell of Trenton, nine grandchildren Hunter Bynum, Chase Bynum, Wesley Bynum, Jordan Patterson, Avery Criswell, Addison Criswell, Willow Criswell, Briella Criswell and Samuel Criswell and four great grandchildren Luca Bynum, Remington Bynum, Easton Bynum and Rylee Bynum. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Jerry Criswell and Richard Criswell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the North Camp of the Gideons International.
