Born to Sylvia Mozelle Nix Fowler Ray and the late James Sanders Fowler on October 8, 1956, Bobby passed away on October 9, 2022, at LeConte Medical Center in Sevierville, TN. Bobby owned and operated The Exit Store in Milan for 13 years. He has been a Milan resident for the past 13 years, coming from Memphis.
