Funeral services for Mrs. Brenda Sue Cole, age 74 of Milan, will take place at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Brenda was a member of the Sitka Church of Christ. She retired from NHC Home Care of Milan where she worked as the office manager. Surviving Family: Husband - Kenneth Cole Children - Kimberly Dawn Hopper, Robert Wayne "Bubba" Hopper (Jackie), Tammy Renee Parker (Don), and Scotty Earl Hopper (Laura) Sister - Melba Garner, Debra Taylor (Earl), and Frieda Thornton Grandchildren - Heather Taylor Thomas (Daniel), Joshua David Hopper (Hope), Jacob Warren Hopper (Savannah), Mandy Hopper Braswell (Anthony), Robert Dustyn Hopper (Courtney), Subrena Prather Taylor, Sondie Capps Rinks (Patrick), Karrington Faith Hopper, Madeline Hope Hopper, Samantha Charity Hopper, Kendra Colton, and Dylan Cole Great Grandchildren - 11 She is preceded in death by her parents, Elbert Warren and Altie Marie Boyd; sister, Alice Reynolds; children, Lisa Cole Colton and Doug Cole; and brothers-in-law, Emerson Garner and Richard Thornton.
