Carolyn Hopper June 15, 1947-December 5, 2021 Carolyn Ann Mathis Hopper, age 74, of Milan, TN passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday morning, December 5, 2021. Carolyn was a 1965 graduate of Bradford High School. She then went on to receive degrees from Union University, Jackson, TN and Bethel College, McKenzie, TN and worked for many years as a Registered Nurse at the Jackson Clinic. She was a lifelong member of Pleasant Hill Church of Christ in Trenton, TN. She is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Robert E. Hopper, also of Milan, TN and their six children: James Robert Moore, Sugar Tree, TN, Camille Lynae Moore, Trenton, TN, Kim Hopper, Milan, TN, Robert "Bubba" Hopper (Jackie), Milan, TN, Tammy Parker (Don), Medina, TN and Scotty Hopper (Laura), Milan, TN. She was also deeply loved by her 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by one sister, Laura Combs of Paducah, KY. Funeral arrangements for Carolyn are as follows: visitation at Bodkin Funeral Home, Milan, TN on Tuesday, December 7, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with funeral at 2 p.m. A brief graveside service will follow at Pleasant Hill Church of Christ in Trenton, TN.
