Funeral service for Carolyn Sue Smith, age 76 of Cedar Grove, will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 2 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Howse Cemetery near Atwood. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday from 12 2 PM at the funeral home. Carolyn was born on August 22, 1944 in Milan to C. J. and Fara Mae Mayo Burns. She was a member of the Cool Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church and she was retired from Tennessee Metals in Huntingdon. She is survived by her husband Lester Smith of Cedar Grove, two children Stephanie Pruett and Ricky Taylor both of Cedar Grove and two great grandchildren Harper Autry and Gunter Autry both of Big Sandy.
