Funeral service for Celisa Marie Dinkins, age 44 of Milan, will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 2 PM with burial to follow in the Hopewell Cemetery near Medina. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 5:30 9 PM and on Friday from 11 AM 2 PM at the funeral home. She was born on March 13, 1979 in Jackson and she was a member of the Church of Christ. Celisa was an inspiration to so many through her five year battle with cancer. The hope, courage, positive attitude, strength and desire to never give up hopefully will help others through whatever struggles they are facing. Her Christian faith was the source of her strength along with deep love and devotion for her family. For the past 20 years, Celisa had worked as District Manager and then as President of Powell Industries and CPB Enterprises. She is survived by her parents Robby and Lorraine Hickerson of Milan, two sons Collin Dinkins of Milan and Jacob Dinkins of Nashville, her step mother Tasha Dodds Reynolds of Spring Creek, two sisters Kellie Hopewell of Milan and Robyn Coffman (Rodger) of Milan, a step sister Amber McDonald (Brandon) of Jackson, two grandchildren Laken and Logyn Dinkins both of Milan, and nieces and nephews Skylar Hopewell (Bri), Olivia Hopewell (Keith), Haley Hopewell, Peyton Coffman, Liam Coffman, Presley Coffman and Palin Coffman all of Milan.
