Funeral services for Chad Ryan Lewis, age 46 of Milan, will take place at 2:00 PM Friday, October 10, 2025, at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery near Milan. Visitation with the family will take place Thursday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Friday from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.

Chad was born February 23, 1979, to Timothy Lewis and Paula Wallace Taylor. He passed away at his Milan home on October 6, 2025. Chad was a member of Atwood Church of Christ.

Chad is survived by his father, Tim Lewis (Lindy) of Atwood; mother, Paula Taylor (Craig) of Springville; son, Gavin James Lewis of Alamo; grandmothers, Mary Taylor of Milan and Linda Hatfield of Atwood; brothers, Kyle Lewis (Morgan) of Atwood and Seth Lewis (MeKenzie) of Hixson, TN; sister, Erin Lewis of Atwood; nephews, Max and Milo Lewis; and niece, Mae Lewis.

Chad is preceded in death by grandparents, Guy Taylor, John Hatfield, Paul and Juanita Wallace, and James and Opal Lewis.
