Funeral service for Mr. Charles Alvin Hays, age 68 of Milan, will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Milan with burial to follow in the Pisgah Cemetery in Atwood. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday evening from 5 - 8pm and on Tuesday afternoon from 1 - 2pm with all visitation being held at the Milan First Baptist Church. Mr. Hays was a retired worker with the Milan Department of Public Utilities serving the department for 37 years. After his retirement from MDPU he worked part time for the Bank of Milan retiring in 2014. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Milan where he was a member of the Jerry Crossett Sunday School Class. Surviving Family: Wife - Jennifer Ramsey Hays Son - Charles Michael Hays Daughter - Jenny Hays Lytle (David Lytle, Jr.) Brothers - Leon Hays, Bill Hays and Larry Hays Grandchildren - David Lytle III and Brynne Ramsey Lytle Mr. Hays was preceded in death by his parents, Rev.
