Funeral service for Ms. Dean Wood, age 83 of Milan, will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 11 am with burial to follow in the Pisgah Cemetery in Atwood. Family visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 5 8 pm at the funeral home and on Monday from 10 11 am at the funeral home. Ms. Wood was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Milan and she was a retired LPN for the Humboldt General Hospital. She is survived by her four children David Wood (Clara) of Atwood, Terry Reeves of Atwood, Mike Wood of Huntingdon and Cynthia "Cindy" Lane Reyes (Eddie) of Allen, TX, fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Leon Reeves, parents Chester M. Brewer and Dealia Hall Brewer, brother Calvin Brewer and sisters Annie Reynolds, Lois G. Robinson and two infant sisters.
