Funeral services for Edith Elaine Robbins-Burg, age 71 of Milan, will take place at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Milan with burial to follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery. Bro. Mike Sellers will officiate. Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM service time at the church. Elaine was born on July 17, 1952, to the late Edmond and Mattie Lou South Studdard. She passed away on October 20, 2023, in Ft. Walton, Florida. Elaine was a member of the Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Milan. She worked in various hospitals for many years as an RN. Later, she owned and operated Holistic Nursing Care. She will be missed as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving Family: Husband - Richard Burg of Milan Son - James Milton Robbins, Jr and wife Cheryl of Gibson Grandchildren - James Taylor Robbins and 4 step grandchildren: Ashley, Jeffery, Justin, and Emily Step-Daughters - Tiffany Marie Brown and husband Andy of Hockley, TX and Patricia Lee Hatton and husband PJ of Fulshear, TX Sister - Helen Massey of Ripley, TN, and a sister-in-law, Bonnie Studdard Elaine also leaves several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Elaine is preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and Hollis Studdard. Memorials may be directed to Chapel Hill Baptist Church at 76 Chapel Hill Rd, Milan, TN 38358.
