Eleanor Jean Reese was born in Chicago, IL on May 4th 1939 and went home to be with our Lord on June 25th 2020. Since 1975 she has made her home in Milan, TN. Eleanor spent her life loving others and living and sharing her faith in God with generations of families. She was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Leona Sneen, a brother Jack Sneen and her husband James Reese. She is survived by two children Bethanny Reese and Mark Reese, four grandchildren Brandon Reese, Tiffany Pickard (Joey) Adam Reese (Kim) and Todd Barger, nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and countless people whose lives were touched by her love. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at 2 pm at Bodkin Funeral home. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday from 12 2 pm at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
