Frances Joan Doyle, age 94, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, October 3, 2022. She was born April 20, 1928, to John and Vera Decell Lowery in Akron, OH. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Gainesville, Florida. She was retired from Worboys Furniture Company. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and homemaker. Joan loved teaching children in Sunday School. Joan is survived by her daughter, Diane Doyle of Milan, TN, and her son, Dale Doyle (Lari) of Martin, TN. She was MeMaw to two grandchildren, Karlie Doyle Maitland (Brendon) of Martin, TN, and Kyle Doyle of Memphis, TN. Joan is preceded in death by her husband, Murray Doyle; her parents; two brothers, John and Jack Lowery; three sisters, Gladys Snyder, Mary Coffman, and Vonnie Lowery. A private graveside service will be held Friday, October 7, 2022, at Gibson County Memory Gardens near Milan.
