George Franklin "Frank" Dedmon, age 76 of Milan, passed away on April 17, 2024, at his residence after an extended illness. He was born on January 27, 1948, to George Arthur and Doris Claybrooks Dedmon in Milan. He was a faithful member of the Main Street Church of Christ.

After graduating from Milan High School, Frank attended Lipscomb University in Nashville where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree. After graduating from college, he returned to Milan to help run the family business at the Milan Box Corporation where after many years of faithful service, he retired as President/Owner.

Frank is survived by his wife Suzanne Fly Dedmon, of Milan, two children Andy Dedmon (Jen) of Milan and Ellen McCadams (Clint) of Atwood, three grandchildren Will Dedmon, Laina Dedmon and Ella Grace McCadams a sister Deb Dedmon Page of Milan and a brother John Dedmon (Tish) of Nashville. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Lee Franklin Dedmon and a sister Barbara Buford.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 5 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home.  Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 3 - 5 PM at the funeral home.
