Funeral service for Franklin Ray "Franklin" Austin, age 67 of Milan, will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 2 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery near Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday from 12 2 pm at the funeral home. Frankie was born on January 18, 1952 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital in Calloway County Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his mother Novella Imogene Milton-Austin, his father Harvard Ray Austin, grandmother Lillie Melton, sister Patricia Ann Austin, brother Larry Zane Austin, step mother Lucille Webster-Austin and step sister Linda Kay Webster-Hayes. He is survived by a step sister Joyce Ann Modisette of Bradford and a half brother Ronald Eugene Austin of Glide, OR.
