Memorial service for Gina Gail Barnes, age 62 of Trezevant, will be held at 11 AM at Bodkin Funeral Home on Friday, May 30, 2025. Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 9 – 11 AM at the funeral home.

Gina was born on November 26, 1962, to William Eugene and Shirley Garner Herndon in Carroll County and passed away on May 24, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon. She attended the Atwood Church of Christ.

Gina is survived by three children Jacob Gaia of Trezevant, James Russell Barnes (Sarah) of Murfreesboro and Amy Beth Whitman of Panama City, FL, one brother Terry Herndon (Marian) of Atwood, a sister Julie Plunk of Milan and three grandchildren Hailee Nickole Hays of Panama City, FL, Kenslea Barnes and Ayden Barnes both of Murfreesboro.
