Funeral service for Harold Edward Crews, age 82 of Milan, will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 2 PM at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Harmony Cemetery near Bradford. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday from 12 2 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Crews was born in Weakley County near the Cottage Grove Community on March 16, 1939 to C. H and Clara Bondurant Crews. He was a graduate of Palmersville High School and he was a member of the Harmony Primitive Baptist Church in Bradford. Harold was a retired Police Officer with the Milan Police Department retiring in 2001 and he served in the Tennessee National Guard. Harold is survived by his wife Monelle Crews of Milan, one daughter Janet Perry (Ed) of Kenner, LA, a step daughter Rhonda Cantelmo (Rick) of Fort Mill, SC, a step son Tony Hames (Debbie) of Trezevant, five grandchildren Aaron Gallimore (Kim) of Shelbyville, Noah Gallimore (Lisa) of Ventura, CA, Joely Cantelmo of Fort Mill, SC, Hunter Hames of Bradford and Harlan Hames of Trezevant and three great grandchildren.
