Memorial services for Jack Wayne Martin, age 73 of Milan, will take place at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Bodkin Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will Saturday November 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.

Jackie Wayne passed away October 17, 2025, at Milan General Hospital. He was born December 17, 1951, to the late Robert Edward and Ethel Mae Vinson Martin. Jackie was a member of First Baptist Church in Milan. He graduated from Milan High School where he was band co-captain.  He served in the National Guard for 7 years and he was an E-7.  Jackie Wayne was retired from A O Smith where he worked as an engineer. Jackie Wayne taught Sunday School at Oakwood Baptist Church. He loved to ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Jackie Wayne will be missed as a loving husband and father.

He is survived by his wife, Dixie Martin of Milan; son, Christopher Wayne Martin of Louisville, KY; daughter, Michelle Leigh Dunlap and husband Christopher of Greenfield, TN; and grandchildren, Kylie Marie Dunlap and Christopher Jackson Dunlap.

Besides his parents, Jackie Wayne is preceded in death by two brothers, James Edward Martin and Jerry Franklin "Buddy" Martin.
