Jacqueline "Jackie" Louise Qualls, age 71 of Milan, was born to the late Jack and Gladys Adams Qualls on August 2, 1951. She passed away at Milan General Hospital January 8, 2023. Jackie was a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Milan. She worked as an administrative assistant for Intel for many years. Surviving Family: Son - Andrew Haywood and wife Brenda of Milan, TN Daughter - Amy Warren and husband Michael of Byhalia, MS Brother - Kerry Qualls of Milan, TN Grandchildren - 5 Besides her parents, Jackie is preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Qualls and Ron Qualls.
