Mrs. Jacquelyn "Jackie" Mae Hassell, age 80 of Milan, TN passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at Milan General Hospital. Mrs. Hassell was born July 13, 1939, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Ira E. Holt. She was a loving stay at home mom to her 6 children, and she was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church in Milan, TN She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Mr. Walter Jasper Hassell, Sr., her 3 brothers, twin Jack Holt, Robert Holt, and John Holt. She is also preceded by her son, Walter Hassell, Jr., and 2 grandsons, Brandon Langley (Son of Clara Langley), and Clay Hassell (Son of Bill and Melissa Hassell). Mrs. Jackie is survived by her sister, Nancy Emory of Keithville, LA, 5 children, Janet Rea of Milan, Sheila (Chris) Luckey of Milan, Clara Langley of Austin, TX, Karen "Sue" (Stacy) Hughes of Cedar Grove, TN, and William "Bill" (Melissa) of Milan. She also leaves her 10 grandkids, and 7 great-grandkids. Mrs. Hassell was very loved and will be missed by all. Burial of Cremains
