Funeral services for Mr. James Donald Lamb, age 80 of Medina and formerly Milan, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.

James Donald Lamb was born on August 4, 1943, to the late James Coy Lamb and Mattie Sue Mathis Lamb in Bradford, TN. Mr. Lamb was married to the love of his life, Sandra for 56 years. He was a faithful member of The Church at Sugar Creek. He was a member of the Gideon Auxiliary and the Son Shiners. He worked as a supervisor at ITT in Milan. Later, he worked for the US Postal Service where he retired after 20 years of service.

Son - Brian Lamb and wife Jodi of Moscow Mills, MO

Daughters - Tracy Lamb of Medina, TN and Dana Harris and husband John of Milan, TN

Grandchildren - Brent Graves and wife Baylie, Kelly Shea Harris, Noah Lamb, Tucker Lamb, Sophie Lamb, and Millie Lamb

Great-Grandchild - Dansby Graves

Caretaker - Stacy Williamson

Besides his parents, James is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Sandra Trimmer Lamb, a son, James Gregory Lamb, and a sister, Jayne Holobuvsky.
