Funeral service for Barbara Jane Burlison, age 79 of Atwood, will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 1 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pleasant Green Cemetery near Bradford. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home.

She was born on October 29, 1945, to Hubert and Sally Hunley Turner. Jane, a member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church, was retired from Dura in Milan.

Jane is survived by two children Billy Joe Berry (Kelly) of Milan and Donna Keylon of Milan, stepchildren Lori Robertson (Marty) of Camden, Stacey Burlison (Becky) of Jackson and Lee Burlison (Christy) of Atwood, a sister Pam Tidwell (Ronnie) of Milan, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband James Burlison, a son Joe David Sloan and two sisters Joyce Kail and Donn Sue Hays.
