Funeral services for Mrs. Amelia Jane Rauchle, age 84 of Milan, will take place at 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Northside Baptist Church in Milan with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will Wednesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the church.

Mrs. Jane was born November 2, 1939, to the late Everett Leo and Doris Amelia Pyle Bailey in Mokane, MO. She grew up in Memphis, TN. Then, Jane graduated from Union University. She married the love of her life, the late Franklin D. Rauchle on June 25, 1961, and they were married for 64 years. Jane and Franklin were faithful members of Northside Baptist Church since 1965. They loved their Dolly Tom neighborhood where they had been since 1965. Jane and Franklin enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. She worked for 40 plus years as a dental assistant for Bubba Fields and maintained friendships long thereafter. When Jane went to Dogwood Pointe Assisted Living she said she felt she was sent there to be a minister of joy. She later transitioned to the Arbors Memory Care. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends.

Mrs. Jane is survived by a daughter, Lori Keen and husband George; grandchildren, Brandon Alan Powers and wife Katie McGill, Christopher Franklin Powers and wife Ashten Powers, Ashley Brooke Powers, Hilary Cherry, and Holly Chunn; great grandchildren, Bryan Powers, Mia Joy Powers, Emma Jane Powers, Andrew Franklin, Jakob Chun, Christopher Chun, and one on the way. She also leaves beloved nieces and nephews, Cathy and George Wood and family, Dr. King and Sherry Tipton and family, Dan and Brenda Davidson and family, and James and Barbara Tate and family.
