Jason Stephen Allen, age 50 of Bradford, passed away March 15, 2022. Jason was born April 3, 1971, to Melvin Ray Allen and Ruth Evelyn Byrd Kersey in Red House, WV. Jason was a proud Air Force veteran where he served in several combat operations. He was stationed in Afghanistan, Iraq, Korea, Japan, Bahrain, Cuba, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. Jason was a Wounded Warrior Alumni. After his military service ended, Jason enjoyed being a motivational speaker for AA and NA. He was a member of the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Surviving Family: Mother - Ruth Kersey of Red House, WV Wife - Katheryn Allen of Bradford, TN Daughters - Brooke Allen and Emily Allen of Bradford, TN Brother - Jerry Allen and wife Jo Anne of Louisville, KY Sisters - Amy Smith and husband Eddie of Red House, WV and Betsy Allen of Windfield, WV Stepmother - Vickie Allen of Winfield, WV He also leaves several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his stepfather Kenneth Ray Kersey. A private memorial service will take place at the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Parkers Crossroads.
