Funeral services for Jeffrey Eugene Carter, age 60 of Milan, will take place at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at the Walnut Grove Methodist Church near Milan with burial to follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the church. Jeffrey was a member and usher of Walnut Grove Methodist Church. He loved people and his family. He enjoyed piano music and great food. Jeffrey had a great sense of humor and brought joy everywhere he went, and will be greatly missed by all of those who knew him. Jeffrey is survived by his parents, Bobby and Rachel Ary Carter, and his sister, Becky (Dale) Dodd of Henderson, TN.
