Funeral service for Jerry Ray Hatcher, Sr., age 79 of Milan, will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 3 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Gibson County Memory Gardens near Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday from 1 3 pm at the funeral home. Jerry was born in Gibson County on April 25, 1943 to Walter and Maxine Brasher Hatcher. He was a member of the Medina Church of Christ and he was retired from Tower Automotive in Milan. Jerry was also retired from the Army National Guard after over 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife Delores Hatcher of Milan, two daughters Carol Barrett of Milan and Barbara Mayo of Medina, a son Jerry Hatcher, Jr. (Teresa) of Milan, a stepson Ricky Patterson of Georgia, one sister Peggie Leach (Andy) of Milan, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
