Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Obsorne, Jr, age 59 of Milan, will take place at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 25, 2021, at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Wayne was a Milan resident most of his life. He worked as a dispatcher for Max Trans. Wayne loved guns and was a Gold Star member of the NRA. He also loved his 1963 Red Ford F100. He is survived by his sister, Holly Essary and husband Billy of Milan, niece, Michelle Essary, and long-time friends Larry (honorary pallbearer) and Gina Ing. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wayne Osborne, Sr, mother, Charlotte Breeden, and stepfather, Jimmy Breeden. Memorials may be directed to the Kirkland Cancer Center.
