Funeral services for Mrs. Jewell Irene Beecham Warren, age 94 of Trezevant, will take place at 3pm Saturday, June 17, 2017, at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Lavinia. Visitation with the family will be held Saturday from 1pm until 3pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Jewell was a member of Trezevant United Methodist Church. Mrs. Warren was a retired supervisor for the HIS Company. She and her late husband, Clayburn Warren, also owned and operated a farm in Carroll County. She is survived by her son, Gary Warren formerly of New Orleans, LA and Venice Beach, CA. He now resides in Trezevant. She is also survived by a great number of loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Mary Richardson Beecham, and numerous brothers and sisters. The family would like to express their gratefulness to the Blackketter family, especially Lewis, Brother Norton of the Trezevant First Baptist Church, and the Senior Ladies Association for all their help and kind words. Memorials may be directed to the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, First United Methodist Church in Trezevant, Mt. Ararat Baptist Church in Trezevant, or to the Jackson Madison County Humane Society.
