Funeral services for Jody Wayne Keymon, age 46 of McLemoresville, will take place at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Howse Baptist Church in Atwood with burial to follow in the Howse Church Cemetery. Bro. Scotty Davis will officiate with contributions from Jason Witt and Eugene Witt. Pallbearers will be Trevor Keymon, Tyson Keymon, Cliff Caswell, Mike Caswell, Ronnie Whitt, and Stormey Crocker. Dustin Church David Keymon, Kenny Keymon, Tommy Horn, Jim Bob Knott, and Zack Keymon will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Thursday from 9:00 AM until service time all at the church.
Jody was born May 25, 1977, to Johnny and Debbie Whitt Keymon in Huntingdon, TN. Jody was member of the Howse Baptist Church in Atwood. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Jody was very active in his community and would help anyone in need in whatever way possible. Jody loved to grill and was well known for his barbecue sauce. He will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends.

Great-Nieces and Nephews - Kenson Keymon, Karlynn Keymon, Kensley Keymon, and Russell Keymon
Jody is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Thomas and Dorothy Whitt, Paternal Grandparents, John G and Betty Sue Keymon, and mother-in-law, Kay Wilkinson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Jody Keymon Final Expenses Fund that has been set up and Citizens Bank and Trust in Atwood.
