Graveside service for Joe Carroll Harrington, age 74 of Humboldt, will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2 pm at the Gibson County Memory Gardens near Milan. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Joe was born on July 13, 1946 to Gerald and Christine Harrington in Trenton. He served in the U S Army during the Korean Conflict and he attended the First Assembly of God Church in Humbolt. He is survived by his wife Kitha Harrington of Humboldt, two step sons Chuck Cathy (Jan) of Jackson and James Michael Cathy (Debbie) of Hollow Rock, two brothers James Harrington of Trenton and Darrell Harrington of Murfreesboro, one sister Rita Scott of Trenton, four step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
