Joe David Sloan, age 56 of Milan, passed away on February 11, 2021, at his home in Milan. David was born to the late Tommy David Sloan and Jane Turner Burlison in Milan on May 1, 1964. David graduated from Milan High School. He grew up in the Milan Assembly of God Church. David was a self-employed mechanic. He served in the United States Army.
