A Celebration of Life for Johnny Lynn Bryant, age 72 of Jackson, will be held Sunday April 7, 2024, at Northside Church in Jackson. The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM with the service officiated by Daphne Moses following at 3:00 PM in the Hope Hall of the church.

Johnny was born on December 8, 1951, to the late George Washington Bryant and Helen Grace Nichols Bryant in Jasper, TX. Mr. Bryant passed away at his home in Jackson with his loving family by his side. Johnny was a member of Northside Church in Jackson. He spent many years coaching Dixie Youth baseball and travel teams. Johnny was an avid fan of his children's and grandchildren's sports teams. He loved hunting and was a member of Denmark Hunting Club. Johnny also volunteered, fostered, and transported for the Jackson Chapter of TDRD Rescue which he and his wife, Mitzi did together.

Mr. Bryant is survived by his wife, Mitzi McCain Bryant; sons, Jay Lynn Bryant and wife Jessie of Brentwood, TN, and Jared Hunt Bryant and wife Elizabeth of Medina, TN; daughter, Ginger Dawn Bryant of Jackson, TN; brother, Edward Cullen Bryant and wife Michele of Tucson, AZ; sisters, Kris Spain and husband Jimmy of Jackson, TN, and Robin Bradley of Jackson, TN; and grandchildren, Jake Haskins of Medina, TN, Hudson Bryant, Ben Bryant, Lucy Bryant, Hayes Bryant of Brentwood, TN.

Besides his parents, Johnny is preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Wayne Bryant and brother-in-law, King Bradley.
