Funeral service for Mary Joyce Felts, age 79 of Milan, will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 11 AM at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery near Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday evening from 5 8 PM and on Tuesday from 10 11 AM at the funeral home. She was born in Alamo, TN on December 3, 1943 to Owen and Willie K. Thurmond Darden. Joyce was a member of the Chapel Hill Baptist Church and she graduated from the Alamo High School in Alamo. Joyce is survived her husband Troy Felts of Milan, a son Michael Terry (Monica) of LaGrange, GA, two grandchildren Abby Terry and Braden Terry both of LaGrange, GA, a step-daughter Ronda Grieme (Kenny) of Bartlett, a step granddaughter Denise Griggs (Ralph) of Bartlett and two step great grandchildren Gavin Higgs and Naomi Griggs both of Bartlett. She was preceded in death by her parents Owen and Willie K. Darden.
