Juanell "Nell" Ecker, age 83 of Atwood, passed away on January 25, 2021 at Milan General Hospital. She was born on May 14, 1937 to Robert and Clemence Smith McMinn in Milan. Nell was a member of the Milan First Assembly of God Church and she was retired from the Milan Arsenal. Juanell is survived by two children Cindy Martin of Atwood and Thomas "Buddy" Ecker of Milan, a son in law Jeff Smith of Milan, six grandchildren Tony Lanciloti (Kristine) of Milan, Heather Ecker of McLemoresville, Tabitha Smith Hatcher of Jackson, Jacob Ecker of Trezevant, Caleb Martin of Atwood and Olivia Martin of Atwood and twelve great grandchildren Cailey, Seth, Will, Keegan, Rush, Willow, Sam, Sophie, A. J., Hana, Sunni and Atticus. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Donna Smith.
