Celebration of life service for Ms. Anna Juanita Belew, age 88 of Milan, will be held at 10 am at the Milan Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 with Dr. Tommy Thompson and Dr. Doy Daniels officiating.. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday evening from 5 9 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home and on Wednesday morning from 9 - 10 am at the church. Ms. Juanita was a member of the Milan Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was retired from the Charlton and Shoaf Cotton Office. She was born on April 12, 1930 to her parents Herman and Maude Humphreys Bishop. Ms. Juanita loved many things, but the things that she loved the most was caring for her husband and her family. She was married to the love of her life, Mr. Russell Belew, for 64 years. She also loved caring for her many cats though the years. Beside her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. She is survived by her son David Belew (Jane) of Milan, two grandchildren Kim Riggs (Darren) of Milan and John Belew (Angie) of Greenville, SC, five great-grandchildren Haley Riggs and Tori Riggs both of Milan and Anna Kathyrn Belew, Ella Grace Belew and Jack David Belew all of Greenville, SC and two sisters Maxine Purdy of Sardis, MS and Clara Burford (Joe) of Coldwater, MS.
