Kenneth Hays, born March 3, 1965, in Gibson County, Tennessee, passed away on May 12, 2026, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. He was a respected member of his community and is remembered for his steadfast character and quiet strength.

Kenneth was the son of the late Truman and Ruth Irene Branham Hays. He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Ronnie Hays, and sisters Dora Whitehead, Bonnie Reynolds, Bessie Reynolds, Martha Maness, and Margie Hays.

He is survived by his brothers Harold Hays, Willie Hays, Ricky Hays, and Keith Hays, as well as his sister Patricia Simmons. The bonds he shared with his siblings were a significant part of his life, reflecting the close-knit family values he upheld throughout his years.

A graveside service to honor Kenneth's memory will be held on May 19, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM.   The service will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, located at 4106 S 1st St, Milan, Tennessee, 38358.

Kenneth Hays will be remembered with dignity and respect by all who knew him. His contributions and presence will be deeply missed, yet fondly recalled by family and friends alike.
