Kimberly Diane Norris, age 43 of Milan, passed away on January 30, 2021, in Milan. Born to Debbie Carroll and James Wells on December 2, 1977, she was raised by her mother Debbie and father Terry Carroll. Kim was a cosmetologist for several years. She had a way to always bring a smile to people's faces. Her passion was mentoring the youth going through the Teen Challenge program. Kim will be remembered as a loving mother and fighter.
