Kitha Victorine Harrington, age 93 of Milan, passed away on April 4, 2023 at NHC Healthcare after an extended illness. She was born in Carroll County on November 26, 1929 to William Charles and Vinnie Walters Francisco and she was a member of the Humboldt Assembly of God Church. Kitha was retired from Bobs Grill in Milan where she worked as a waitress. She is survived by two sons Charles "Chuck" Cathey (Jan) of Jackson and James Michael Cathey (Deborah Lynn) of Hollow Rock, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Harrington, a son Stephen Lewis Cathey, a brother William Francisco and two sisters Mary Evelyn Bullington and Helen Nevell.
