Leeanne Sloan, age 54 of Medina, passed away July 23, 2021, at Skyline Hospital in Nashville. Born to the late James Wallace Ratliff and Lawanda June Fisher Ratliff on September 8, 1966, in Chicago, IL, Ms. Sloan lived in Gibson County most of her life. Leeanne was a records clerk for West Tennessee Healthcare. She is survived by her daughter, Shae Jones of Medina, brother, Robbie Ratliff and wife Sarah of North Carolina, grandchildren, Laney Kate and Anna Beth. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Marsha York. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Direct Cremation
