Leo Fabian Witty, Jr, age 75 of Atwood, passed away September 27, 2022, at Jackson General Hospital. He was born to the late Leo Fabian Witty, Sr and Florence Decker Witty on August 14, 1947, in New Jersey. Leo was a retired builder, specializing in sheetrock work. He was a member of St Matthew Catholic Church. Leo was an avid golfer and was the former Carroll Lake Golf Club Champion. He loved riding and raising horses. Leo will be remembered as a devoted husband to his wife of nearly 50 years, Patti Witty of Atwood, and a wonderful friend to those who knew him. Leo is survived by his wife, Patti, brother-in-law, August Schild of Jacksonville, FL and sister-in-law, Terry Fowler of Jacksonville, FL. A Celebration of Life will take place at 10:30 AM October 8, 2022, at St Matthews Church in Milan. Visitation with the family will be from 9:30 AM until service time at the church. A luncheon will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Matthew Catholic Church or to The American Heart Association.
