Graveside service for Leonard Dean Smith, Jr, age 66 of Atwood, will be held at 12 PM on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Howse Cemetery near Atwood. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Mr. Smith was born in Trezevant on November 10, 1955 to Leonard Dean, Sr. and Bertha Louise Smith. He attended Howse Baptist Church near Atwood and he served in the U S Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife Carol Smith of Atwood, a son Josh Smith (Erin) of Jackson, a daughter Tara Nicole Smith of Huntingdon, one sister Helen Louise Smith of Atwood and eleven grandchildren.
