Graveside service for Lorene McMinn Pinkley, age 74 of Milan, will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 11 am at the Chapel Hill Cemetery near Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday evening from 5:30 8 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home. Mrs. Pinkley was member of the Smyrna Baptist Church in Humboldt and was the past owner of her own lawn mowing service. She was born on August 31, 1944 to Dewey L. and Louise Bowles McMinn. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by four sisters Lucille Walls, Coreen McMinn James, Mildred Sue McMinn Barber and Liza Marie Hollowell. She is survived by her husband Richard Pinkley of Milan, a son Timothy Wayne Jones of Milan, three brothers Thomas Allen McMinn of Milan, Prentice Junior McMinn (Betty Sue) of Cedar Grove and Jimmy Don McMinn (Sandee) of Milan, a sister Doris Lee McMinn of Lexington, a step-son Douglas Pinkley (Joann) of Hendersonville and a step-daughter Mary Newman (Randal) of Cedar Grove.
